Join us for another Sunday Jazz Night, welcoming Jovian Moon to Trino! Jovian Moon is an up and coming local Jazz/funk band based in Chicago.

They bring a huge amount of energy to the stage playing covers of jazz greats including, Herbie Hancock, George Benson, and others. Jovian Moon is a highly improvisational group.

Their on stage communication allows them to explore musical ideas vastly, which gives every live performance a different musical taste and vibe.

Trino is the soulful steakhouse expression of Chef Stephen Sandoval and Oscar Sotelo, honoring Chef’s heritage and the legacy of his grandfather. Born from the flavors of Galicia, Northern Mexico, and Argentina, Trino fuses classic Chicago steakhouse tradition with global depth and bold, refined flavor.
