ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the trinochicago.com website (the "Site"), operated by Trino, a Latin steakhouse located at 738 W Randolph St, Chicago, IL 60661 (West Loop). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

USE OF THE SITE

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable or interfere with it, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

MENU ITEMS, PRICES AND HOURS

Menu items, prices, hours of operation, happy hour, late night and Laberinto offerings, and other information on the Site may change at any time without notice. We try to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or current.

RESERVATIONS

Dining reservations are handled through SevenRooms. Event experiences may be booked through OpenTable. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies, and Trino is not responsible for their services.

PRIVATE EVENTS

Private events, including private dining, corporate lunches and daytime celebrations, are subject to separate written agreements. Inquiries submitted through the Site do not create a booking or a binding commitment until a written agreement is signed by Trino and the client. Event pricing, minimums, deposits and payment terms are set out in that agreement.

PAYMENT AND PRICING

Prices shown on the Site or on third-party platforms are subject to change and do not include tax or gratuity unless stated. Payments made through third-party platforms are subject to the terms of the platform you use.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations and event experiences may be subject to the cancellation, no-show or deposit terms shown at the time of booking on the platform you use. Cancellation terms for private events are set out in the written event agreement.

GIFT CARDS AND PROMOTIONS

Gift cards and promotions are subject to the terms stated at the time of purchase or offer, including any restrictions and exclusions. Promotions may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, graphics, menus, logos and trademarks, belongs to Trino or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may link to third-party websites and services, such as reservation, gift card and social media platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trino and its owners, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any linked third-party service.

PRIVACY

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
